Omelette:

 Granola with yoghurt & fruit:

Granola with yoghurt and fruit has to be one of the most convenient breakfasts EVER! These can be made up the night before for the whole family, just simply get them out of the fridge when you're ready for them. Mix them up with different flavoured yoghurts and fruits for those with fussier appetites.

 Smoothie:

Add a rainbow of colours to your mornings with a smoothie. Smoothies are a great way to get the majority of your 5-a-day in one meal. There are so many different fruits, vegetables and cereals to make them your own and tingle those tastebuds.

Toast:

The nation's favourite go-to. Toast is quick, easy and rarely goes wrong. It can be topped with a great variety of foods, from jam, marmite, cheese, eggs, fruit or nuts (this possibilities are endless).

 Porridge:

Porridge is a great breakfast choice, as the oats slowly release energy throughout the morning over a number a hours, making you feel fuller for longer and reducing your urges to snack on those staff room treats that always seem to appear. Porridge is a dish that can be kept simple with a small sprinkle of sweetener or you can top it with all your favourite fruit, nuts and syrups.
