We are offering a temporary extension of our return window.

You may return a product unused for a refund within 45 days of purchase.

If the product is faulty you may return it within 12 months for a replacement or 45 days for a refund, any faulty items received out of the 45 days, only a replacement will be offered. 

You do have the right to a refund if you return your faulty good within 45 days of receiving it. Making contact on the 45th day does not count, the item must be returned to us on or before the 45th day.

(ENSURE ALL ITEMS ARE CHECKED THEY ARE IN FULLY WORING ORDER WITHIN 45 DAYS OF PURCHASE. ANY ISSUES REPORTED AFTER 44 DAYS WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND ONLY A REPLACEMENT).


Refunds (if applicable)
Please ensure the customer service team is contacted before any return is made so this can be logged on your account.

NO REFUNDS CAN BE ISSUED FOR ORDERS OLDER THAN 6 MONTHS. ONLY REPLACEMENTS WILL BE OFFERED AND ISSUED UNTIL THE END OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD.

Buy One Get One Free Returns Policy

If you wish to return a *Buy One Get One Free* order for any reason within 45 days of purchase, BOTH watches MUST be returned to be entitled to a refund. If only one watch under this offer is returned, no refund will be authorised.

Both watches under this offer comes with a 12 months manufacturing warranty as standard.

If only one watch is added to your basket, a free watch will still be sent in the same colour. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed once your return has been received at our returns centre.

If you haven’t received a refund after this time, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@four.fit and send your item to your local head office. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Postage Costs

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your unwanted or unsuitable item.

Original express shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original express shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All returns must be sent by post/courier service. Hand delivered returns WILL NOT be accepted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU'RE SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE AND YOUR DEVICE IS CHECKED IT IS IN FULL WORKING CONDITION WITHIN 45 DAYS OF DELIVERY. ANY UNSUITABLE ITEM OR FAULTS REPORTED AND RETURNED AFTER THIS TIME-FRAME WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
