We are offering a temporary extension of our return window over Christmas.
You may return your product if purchase was on or after 16/12/2020 unused and as new for a refund within 45 days of purchase.

If the product develops a fault you may return it within 45 days for a refund or if after this time-frame within 12 months for a replacement. Any faults reported out of the 45 days, we the company will need to be given the opportunity to repair or replace the device.
Straps and buckles are not included under warranty.

Refunds (if applicable)
Please ensure the customer service team is contacted before any return is made so you can be sent the return centre link.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed once your return has been received at our returns centre.
If you haven’t received a refund after this time, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to your local head office.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your unwanted or unsuitable item e.g size/fit/colour. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they arrive with us.
Return postage for faulty/damaged items can be discussed with our customer service team, however setup and trouble shooting will be run through to ensure setup is correct or evidence of the damage before anything is authorised. Please email email@example.com
Only the most standard postage cost we offer will be refunded.
Original express shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original express shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All returns must be sent by post/courier service. Hand delivered returns will not be accepted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please ensure proof of postage of any return is obtained and kept safe until your return & refund are complete. If there are any issues with your return this will be asked for.
NO REFUNDS CAN BE ISSUED FOR ORDERS OLDER THAN 6 MONTHS. ONLY REPLACEMENTS WILL BE OFFERED AND ISSUED UNTIL THE END OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD.
If your item is found to be faulty within the first 45 days after purchase and it cannot be fixed through troubleshooting, you will be entitled to a full refund or replacement. Any faulty items received after the 45 day time frame has closed, you will only be entitled to a replacement item.
We offer a one years manufacturers warranty on all our products and this will begin on the day of purchase. Any faults within this year will be eligible for a replacement. Accidental damage and general wear and tear (e.g. strap breakages) are not covered under this warranty.
