If you are having trouble with your product or you think it is not working in some way please contact us, and we will endeavour to troubleshoot with you via live chat or email.
Returns unsuitable or faulty must reach us no later than 28 working days from the date you receive the item, we will not accept returns after this time has passed, items that reach us after this time will not be entitled to a refund, only a repair or replacement. 
It is your responsibility to check your device/s are in fully working order and all parts are included within 28 days of purchase, if you have not checked within this time-frame and an issue arises with your device, you will only be entitled to replacement parts only.
Returns and Refunds

FourFit offer a 28 day satisfaction guaranteed returns policy. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase from FourFit, you have 28 days from the date you purchase your product to be entitled to a full refund.

To qualify for a refund the following must be met:

  • Contact must be made with our customer service team to inform us you wish to return the item and so we can supply the return details.
  • The product must be returned as new with all parts and accessories included.

Orders placed with two or more devices

If you placed an order for multiple items, all can be returned within 28 days of receiving them for a full refund. If you're experiencing issues with one of the devices on the order after the 28 day period, only the item reported can be repaired or replaced. If you were to experience further issues with your replacement item and request a refund, only this device on the order can be returned, any other devices on the order that has not been reported for faults cannot be returned and will not be eligible for a refund. 

Postage Costs & Postage Refunds
  • If you change your mind about your recent purchase or find your item is not suitable e.g. size, not happy with the features, you are responsible for and must cover postage costs for returning these unwanted items.
  • Postage costs for faulty items can be discussed with our customer service team.
  • Express shipping and other delivery handling costs are non-refundable, unless the shipping time-frame is not upheld.

Faulty Items

If your item is found to be faulty within the first 28 days after purchase and it cannot be fixed through troubleshooting, you will be entitled to a full refund or replacement. Any faulty items received after the 28 day time frame has closed, you will only be entitled to a replacement item.


We offer a one years manufacturers warranty on all our products and this will begin on the day of purchase. Any faults within this year will be eligible for a replacement. Accidental damage and general wear and tear (e.g. strap breakages) are not covered under this warranty. 

Please note before making a purchase that any item returned will take up to 14 working days to be refunded back to you. If there is any fault with your item please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after receipt of the goods.
