If you are having trouble with your product or you think it is not working in some way please contact us, and we will endeavour to troubleshoot with you via live chat or email.
Returns must reach us no later than 30 working days from the date you receive the item we will not accept returns after this time has passed. 
 
 Returns and Refunds

FourFit offer a 30 day satisfaction guaranteed returns policy. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase from FourFit, you have 30 days from the date you purchase your product to be entitled to a full refund.

To qualify for a refund the following must be met:

  • Contact must be made with our customer service team to inform us you wish to return the item.
  • The product must be returned as new with all parts and accessories included.

Postage Costs & Postage Refunds

  • You are responsible for and must cover postage costs for returning any unwanted items. Postage costs for faulty items can be discussed with our customer service team.
  • Express shipping and other delivery handling costs are non-refundable, unless the shipping time-frame is not upheld.

Faulty Items

If your item is found to be faulty within the first 30 days after purchase and it cannot be fixed through troubleshooting, you will be entitled to a full refund or replacement. Any faults after the first 30 days after purchase, you will be entitled to a replacement item.

Warranty

We offer a one years manufacturers warranty on all our products and this will begin on the day of purchase. Any faults within this year will be eligible for a replacement. Accidental damage and general wear and tear (e.g. strap breakages) are not covered under this warranty. 

Please note before making a purchase that any item returned will take up to 14 working days to be refunded back to you. If there is any fault with your item please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after receipt of the goods.
