You may return your product unused and as new for a refund within 30 days of purchase. 

If the product develops a fault you may return it within 30 days for a refund or if after this time-frame, but within 12 months for a replacement. Any faults reported out of the 30 days, we the company will need to be given the opportunity to repair or replace the device. 

(ENSURE ALL ITEMS ARE CHECKED THEY ARE IN FULLY WORING ORDER WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. ANY ISSUES REPORTED AFTER 45 DAYS WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND ONLY A REPLACEMENT).

Faulty Items

If your item is found to be faulty within the first 30 days after purchase and it cannot be fixed through troubleshooting, you will be entitled to a full refund or replacement. Any faulty items received after the 30 day time frame has closed, you will only be entitled to a replacement item.

Warranty

We offer a one years manufacturers warranty on all our products and this will begin on the day of purchase. Any faults within this year will be eligible for a replacement. Accidental damage and general wear and tear (e.g. strap breakages) are not covered under this warranty. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@four.fit and send your item to your local head office. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed once your return has been received at our returns centre.

If you haven’t received a refund after this time, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Postage Costs

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your unwanted or unsuitable items e.g size/fit/colour. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they arrive with us. 

Ensure proof of postage of any return is obtained and kept safe until your return & refund are complete. If there are any issues with your return this will be requested.

Return postage for faulty/damaged items can be discussed with our customer service team, however setup and trouble shooting will be run through to ensure setup is correct or evidence of the damage before anything is authorised. If you believe there is a fault with your item and you return without contacting us, postages costs will not be reimbursed. Please email support@four.fit

Original express shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original express shipping will be deducted from your refund.

NO REFUNDS CAN BE ISSUED FOR ORDERS OLDER THAN 6 MONTHS. ONLY REPLACEMENTS WILL BE ISSUED UNTIL THE END OF THE 12 MONTH WARRANTY PERIOD.
